Yoga:
Jessicas classes are a curious exploration along the map of the body. Using imagery, touch and the breath, she invites an expansion from the inside out.
Moving between focused alignment, open intuitive movement and core stability, the intention is to facilitate a deeper sense of embodiment, containment and grounding.
Her classes are suitable for all bodies and abilities.
Biodynamic massage:
Biodynamic massage is a psychotherapeutic form of massage concerned with the integration of all aspects of an individual - physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual.
The theory includes an understanding that the digestive system processes and assimilates emotions as well as food. A stethoscope is used to listen to the gut throughout the treatment, providing biofeedback which informs how the client is responding to the touch from moment to moment.
Jessica creates a welcoming and safe container for healing & transformation to occur.
Biodynamic massage can help with:
-
Restoring well-being and vitality
-
Supporting you at times of stress
-
Bringing inner balance and serenity
-
Alleviating symptoms of a wide range of chronic diseases
-
And much much more
